Lead Our Infant Classroom With Heart and Purpose
Were seeking a warm enthusiastic and dedicated Lead Teacher to guide our Infant classroom (ages 6wks to 16 mths). If youre passionate about early development love supporting little ones as they build independence and enjoy creating handson learning experiences this role offers a meaningful opportunity to make a lasting impact every day.
What Youll Do
Plan and deliver engaging developmentally appropriate lessons and activities
Maintain a safe clean organized and stimulating classroom environment
Support daily care routines including diapering feeding and smooth transitions
Build strong trusting relationships with children families and fellow staff
Observe document and communicate developmental progress and classroom behaviors
Model professionalism positivity and leadership within the classroom community
What Were Looking For
Experience working with infants (6wks to 16 mths) preferably in a lead role
Strong communication skills and a collaborative teamoriented mindset
Flexibility to work within the centers 9:00 AM6:00 PM operating hours
Education in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a plus
Has or will obtain the 15hour South Carolina Health & Safety Certification (free) before orientation day
Has or will obtain First Aid/CPR certification
A nurturing patient and energetic approach to early learning
