Experienced Import Dealership Finance Manager

Mazda of Clearwater is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to partner with our Sales Team in driving additional dealership revenue through the sale of OEM-supported finance and insurance products as well as other appropriate aftermarket offerings. This role also focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience and maintaining superior CSI. The Finance Manager is responsible for the following:

• Sells financing and other available products.
• Provides customers with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties.
• Converts cash deals to finance.
• Takes customer turnovers from Sales Associates to close deals.
• Processes finance and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval.
• Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner.
• Understands and complies with federal state and local regulations that affect the New and Preowned Sales and Finance Departments.
• Completes paperwork necessary for vehicle sales and leases in a timely and efficient manner.
• Checks all paperwork for correct title lien information taxes etc. before forwarding to the Accounting Department.
• Provides customers with a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
• Provides Sales Team and Sales Managers with current information about finance and lease programs continually.
• Works with Sales Managers to secure a reasonable profit from every sale.
• Ensures collection of all finance and insurance fees.
• Other duties may be assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

2 years experience within the automotive business with franchised dealerships.
Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.
Outgoing with a friendly professional personality.
Have quality customer service skills.
Possess strong communication skills.
Must have a clean & valid drivers license.
Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment.
