Experienced Handyman (Commercial)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled dependable Handyman to join our team full-time in the Austin area. You will be performing a wide range of interior and exterior repairs and maintenance across commercial properties. This is a hands-on role where your craftsmanship professionalism and attention to detail will directly impact our customers and our reputation.

What Were Looking For

Interior and exterior repairs and maintenance on commercial properties

Carpentry framing trim doors and cabinetry

Drywall installation patching and finishing

Interior and Exterior Painting

General property maintenance and punch-list repairs

Accurately assess job sites and report findings estimation

Communicate professionally with clients on-site

handyman or general contracting work (commercial)

Drywall and painting

Must own and bring your own tools to every job

Must have a reliable personal truck or work vehicle

Strong communication skills field-to-office reporting is critical in our workflow

Self-motivated with a high standard of quality and accountability

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
