Forklift Operator - Multiple Shifts Available

Abacus Staffing is currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a growing warehouse operation in Hebron KY. If you have experience operating multiple types of powered industrial equipment and are looking for a full-time opportunity with competitive pay we want to hear from you!

Pay Rate

$17.50 - $19.50 per hour

Schedule

Monday - Friday
Occasional weekends required for overtime based on business needs

1st Shift

• 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

2nd Shift

• 2:00 PM - 10:15 PM

3rd Shift

• 10:00 PM - 6:15 AM

Required Equipment Experience

Candidates must be able to safely operate the following equipment:

• Sit-Down Forklift
• Reach Truck
• Cherry Picker / Order Picker
• Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ)
• Sit-Down Forklift with Clamp Attachment

Job Responsibilities

• Load and unload products safely and efficiently
• Move inventory throughout the warehouse using powered industrial equipment
• Pick stage and replenish inventory
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Inspect equipment before and after use
• Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and productivity standards

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience required
• Experience operating all equipment listed above
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Ability to stand walk bend and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable transportation and attendance
