Experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

Duties include but are not limited to: assisting attorneys in preparing transactional documents; preparing UCC filings; preparing financing statements releases and transfer documents; reviewing and analyzing real estate surveys and title commitments policies and underlying title documents; ensuring that all pre-closing preparation and post-closing follow-up is properly completed in a timely manner; creating composing and editing written material such as transaction documents closing documents loan documents correspondence and/or other legal documentation.

The role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills a strong work ethic a high level of accuracy flexibility and adaptability and strong technical ability.

Qualified applicants should have a bachelors degree or Certificate in Paralegal Studies at least three years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Goldberg Kohn offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package which includes a very flexible hybrid schedule with limited time required in the office on occasion. Compensation range of $85000-$125000.
