Experienced Caregiver Dementia & Memory Support
Location: San Diego 92128-8101
Pay: $19$40/hour depending on client assignment services provided and level of care required
Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time

Responsibilities
Provide compassionate support to seniors experiencing memory loss
Maintain familiar routines and a calm environment
Offer gentle reminders and redirection when needed
Engage clients in conversation and appropriate activities
Assist with bathing dressing grooming and toileting
Provide mobility and fall-prevention assistance
Prepare meals and encourage hydration
Monitor changes in behavior mood or condition
Communicate observations to the office and family as appropriate

Ideal Caregiver
Were seeking someone who is calm patient observant and understanding. The right caregiver knows how to redirect rather than argue and can provide reassurance while maintaining the clients dignity and independence.

Qualifications
At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred
Dementia Alzheimers or memory care experience highly preferred
Patient and confident with redirection
Dependable transportation
Ability to pass a background check
HCA registration or willingness to obtain
Required TB clearance
