This role involves a broad range of vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks troubleshooting and resolving advanced mechanical problems and delivering outstanding service to customers. The right candidate will bring solid automotive experience along with a strong commitment to precision quality and customer satisfaction.

Experienced Automotive Technician Responsibilities:
- Complete a broad variety of vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently and within appropriate timeframes.
- Identify and resolve advanced mechanical concerns using proper diagnostic equipment and tools.
- Document all services and repairs thoroughly and accurately.
- Perform work to meet or exceed manufacturer guidelines and quality expectations.
- Stay current on industry advancements through ongoing training and certification programs.
- Clearly explain recommended services and completed repairs to customers addressing questions as needed.
- Work alongside the service team to keep the shop clean safe and well organized.
- Follow all established safety standards and workplace regulations.
Experienced Automotive Technician Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ford certification preferred though not mandatory.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician.
- Comprehensive understanding of vehicle systems mechanical functions and components.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities with solid problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using modern diagnostic tools and service equipment.
- Effective communicator with a customer-focused approach.
- Capable of working productively on your own in a high-volume environment.
- Must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving history.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
