WHAT YOULL DO

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle-buying process
  

• Present and demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives
  

• Respond to Internet leads phone inquiries and showroom traffic
  

• Set appointments and consistently follow up with prospective buyers
  

• Prospect for new customers and generate referrals
  

• Negotiate and close vehicle sales
  

• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer follow-up
  

• Work with Sales Management and Finance to complete transactions
  

• Deliver a professional customer experience from initial contact through delivery
  

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

• Previous automotive dealership sales experience
  

• Proven ability to build relationships and close sales
  

• Strong prospecting communication and follow-up skills
  

• Familiarity with dealership CRM systems and Internet leads
  

• Self-motivation professionalism and a results-driven mindset
  

• Valid drivers license
  

• Availability to work a dealership schedule including weekends
  

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
