Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process from initial contact to delivery
Build strong customer relationships and provide an exceptional buying experience
Develop and maintain excellent product knowledge of new and pre-owned vehicles
Merchandise and maintain attractive vehicle displays
Generate leads through effective phone skills marketing and proactive follow-up
Follow up with prospective customers to maximize sales opportunities
Work toward individual and dealership sales goals
Maintain a professional energetic and customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment
At least one year of sales experience required
Automotive dealership sales experience preferred
Valid U.S. drivers license required
Relatively clean driving record
Must have or obtain the required sales license
Ability to work full-time including weekends
Strong communication customer service and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated goal-oriented and comfortable in a high-volume competitive sales environment
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required
