Job Summary
As an Experience Designer Lead on the Digital Account Opening team you will play a critical role in driving digital sales growth onboarding quality and customer experience for consumer and business product applications and digital onboarding journeys. The role is central to both execution and strategic direction for highimpact initiatives that directly influenced revenue primacy and customer acquisition outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Endtoend design and optimization of digital account opening applications and microapps including rebuilding and maintaining core experiences for ongoing development use.
UX researchdriven redesigns to reduce dropoff improve mobile completion and lower cognitive load across the application funnel.
Rapid prototyping of design flows
Ongoing optimization work including AEM migrations for faster iteration and deep NPS analysis to identify and implement incremental improvements.
Longterm partnership on crossteam initiatives including the redesigned locator experience and postlaunch SEO enhancements.
Define and drive alignment to design system standards patterns principles and accessibility requirements
Coordinate with technology engineering and accessibility partners to ensure design-to-development collaboration in compliance with standards
Experience using Figma for design and prototyping and Adobe Experience Manager for content management highly desirable.PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. - Transforms complex tasks into intuitive accessible and easy-to-use designs through the entire experience lifecycle from the first-time user to the expert.
- Leads and guides the discovery of customer and business needs through contextual inquiries generative and quantitative research. Uncovers customer latent needs and creates vision to meet those needs.
- Sets the design direction and strategy. Leads others to execute visual information interaction and service design elements of the initiative that meets business and customer needs and delights customers. Communicates the initiative and product to others including senior management through user journeys storyboards prototypes wireframes and other materials.
- Sets the direction for usability of new and existing products makes adjustments to align with shifting customer expectations.
- Establish research methods and strategies conduct studies and present findings that will inform improvements in the customer experience.
- Coaches and mentors junior staff; Assists management team in training new staff.
