About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized proactive and tech-savvy Executive Coordinator to serve as a trusted partner to the Chief People Officer (CPO). In this role you will help maximize the CPOs effectiveness by managing priorities anticipating needs enabling informed decision-making and ensuring focus remains on the work that matters most.

This position goes beyond traditional administrative support. The ideal candidate brings exceptional judgment strong communication skills attention to detail proactivity and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Youll leverage modern productivity tools including AI to streamline workflows improve efficiency and deliver high-quality work.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars priorities travel and executive commitments.
  • Prepare agendas pre-reads briefing materials and follow-up communications to ensure meeting readiness.
  • Draft edit and proofread executive communications presentations and other business materials.
  • Leverage AI and productivity tools to organize information summarize content track actions and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Manage information flow prioritize requests and ensure timely responses and decision-making.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings offsites and events including logistics and stakeholder communications.
  • Build strong relationships across executives teams and external partners.
  • Anticipate potential issues and proactively resolve challenges before they impact the business.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
  • Exceptional organizational communication and relationship-management skills.
  • Strong writing editing and proofreading capabilities.
  • Experience coordinating executive meetings offsite meetings travel and complex schedules.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook Teams PowerPoint Word and Excel).
  • Comfort using AI-enabled productivity tools and applying sound judgment to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism adaptability and attention to detail.

The base pay range for this role is $71000 - $121000. In addition to base salary Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive) and equity (long-term incentive) comprehensive benefits and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to: skill set experience education/training business needs and market demands.
