We currently have an opportunity for an Executive Claim Technical Manager (Complex Claims Advisor) to join our Claims team in our Wilmington MA office on a Hybrid work schedule.

Overview:

Reporting to the Director of Claims is responsible for working as an advocate for HUBs clients on significant Property and Casualty (P&C) claims. Also responsible for servicing assigned accounts including T-200 customers on a regular basis to ensure the highest level of customer service. Responsibilities include work related to assigned specific Vertical specialty teams based on training background and expertise. Serve as a resource to the other members of the HUB New England Claim staff and all other employees.

Responsibilities:

• Provides Claim Advocacy serves for HUB clients in accordance with systems and procedures.
• Provides coverage determination and scope of loss.
• Acts as a resource to the service staff on all claim issues.
• Acts as an intermediary between HUB and the insurers claims staff.
• Schedule and coordinate claim review meetings between clients and the carriers when appropriate.
• Assist client and provide claim technical advocacy on large losses.
• Assists in the sales presentation process on new prospective clients.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the claims director.

Qualifications:

• BA or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of ten years of claim supervisory / management experience.
• Extensive working knowledge of claim handling in Commercial General Liability Commercial Auto (both first and third-party claims) Workers Compensation and Large property claims.
• Extensive experience handling large/ complicated P&C claims.
• Advanced working knowledge of property and casualty coverage issues.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.

The expected salary range for this position is $150000 annually to $225000 annually and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience and working location as well as the specific positions business line scope and International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages: health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance FSA HSA and 401(k) accounts paid-time-off benefits such as vacation sick and personal days and eligible bonuses equity and commissions for some positions.
