What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3 years of progressive experience in a senior culinary leadership role (casual dining preferred)
• Experience with menu creation
• Associates Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
• Proven ability to train lead and inspire a team
• Strong planning organization and financial management skills
• Proficiency with technology (inventory systems menu costing tools MS Office)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs stand for long periods and work in high heat/humidity environments
• Flexible schedule availability including evenings and weekends
