Executive Chef

About the Role

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead culinary operations for resident dining and provide catering support as needed. This leadership role is responsible for menu development kitchen operations team management purchasing food quality safety and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate brings strong high-volume culinary experience proven leadership skills and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences while maintaining operational consistency and food-safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily culinary operations for campus resident dining.
• Manage coach and develop culinary team members and future leaders.
• Establish efficient kitchen procedures and standardized culinary practices.
• Create innovative menus aligned with client preferences nutritional standards and current culinary trends.
• Oversee food procurement purchasing inventory and cost-effective sourcing.
• Maintain high standards for food quality presentation consistency and service.
• Support catering operations and special events as needed.
• Build strong working relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Monitor kitchen productivity resources and operational performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency consistency and dining experiences.
• Support employee performance management hiring training and development.
• Maintain compliance with food safety sanitation HACCP and applicable regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Culinary Arts Hospitality Food Service Management or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 13 years of culinary management experience.
• 13 years of related culinary or food service experience.
• Extensive experience in high-volume fast-paced kitchen operations.
• Strong menu planning and culinary management skills.
• Experience leading mentoring and developing culinary teams.
• ServSafe certification.
• Working knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices.
• Strong organizational communication problem-solving and computer skills.
• Ability to work one weekend day each week.

Work Schedule

The position requires one weekend day per week. The schedule will be either:

• TuesdaySaturday or
• SundayThursday
