Responsibilities:

• Foster an environment that embodies Ballys Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled entertaining atmosphere
• Enthusiastically promote Ballys customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
• Adhere to policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements Company initiatives and organizational goals
• Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program
• Attract develop and retain new player patronage through personalized service
• Assist in the development of programs to increase player worth while staying with established comping guidelines
• Greet and host customers maintaining a high standard of courtesy friendliness and hospitable attitude
• Assist customers in following procedures to obtain complimentary privileges
• Assist in planning and executing special events and programs to stimulate revenue growth improve operational costs and enhance customer service levels
• Arrange special events for quality customers including but not limited to air and ground transportation accommodations and tickets to sporting events
• Observe all employees in their contact with guests and work with management to improve friendliness and courtesy
• Assist with phone solicitation
• Perform other duties as assigned

Compensation:

• Target Salary Range: $90000 - $110000
