Job Summary
This role requires five (5) days a week in office.
Key job responsibilities
- Ownership of calendar management for Directors.
- Plan negotiate and schedule meetings to accommodate managers and others.
- Use discretion and judgment to determine priority of meetings.
- Manage domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Complete business expense claims promptly and follow up on reimbursements if necessary.
- Communications (editing writing emailing announcements reviewing etc).
- Utilize time management and organizational skills to juggle responsibilities and strategize efficiency and priority.
- Organize and maintain information that may be sensitive confidential or technical in nature.
- Identify opportunities to improve work processes to leverage own and departments workload.
- Collaborate with other Executive Assistants and business partners on key business events and meetings.
A day in the life
You must be able to communicate well with a positive team environment and take swift effective action whilst proactively solving complex problems with little to no guidance. The position requires the ability to work successfully within a fast-paced team environment build effective working relationships maintain a comprehensive awareness of the organization and become the go-to person for support activities. Ability to handle confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with Leadership Team Members.

- 3 years of senior level leadership support or 1 years of Amazon experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience in a fast-paced high-tech company
- Experience managing multiple calendars

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
