Job Summary

Foley Mansfield is a national law firm with more than 110 attorneys in offices from coast to coast. We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team. As Executive Assistant youll be a trusted right hand to one of our busiest CA trial attorneys helping keep both the legal work and their travel and client meetings well organized and running smoothly. This role offers meaningful exposure to firm leadership and a wide range of responsibilities that make every day a little different.

What Youll Do

  • Draft transcribe and prepare a wide range of documents and correspondence with precision and accuracy for attorney review
  • Prepare client and insurer reports to meet routine and as-needed requirements
  • Enter time for the Partner in adherence with firm time entry standards
  • Gather information to open new client and matter files
  • Prepare expense reports
  • Manage a busy flow of emails calls mail and faxes
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Collaborate across departments billing accounting tech support business development and with attorneys paralegals and LAAs to hit deadlines and advance firm goals
  • Provide secondary backup support to other Legal Administrative Assistants
  • Take on other duties as assigned

What Were Looking For

A proactive adaptable professional who brings strong writing and organizational skills sound judgment and the ability to juggle competing priorities with a calm collaborative approach. Prior legal administrative or executive support experience is required.
