Emplify Health is seeking a highly organized proactive and professional Executive Assistant Total Rewards to provide executive-level administrative support to Human Resources leadership with a focus on Total Rewards functions.
Major Responsibilities Include:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to Total Rewards and HR leadership including calendar management meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
Prepare correspondence presentations reports meeting materials and executive communications.
Manage sensitive and confidential employee compensation and benefits information with discretion and accuracy.
Organize and facilitate meetings including preparing agendas taking minutes and tracking action items.
Assist with project management and department initiatives by coordinating timelines resources and stakeholder communications.
Support HR budgeting invoice processing vendor coordination and expense tracking activities.
Whats Available:
1.0 FTE
Schedule: Monday-Friday Days typically 8:00am-5:00pm
Location: Hybrid eligible role. Role would require at least 3 days a week onsite with remote flexibility after training period ends. Role may have light travel between both the La Crosse WI and Green Bay WI regions
Compensation: Starting at $53900 with opportunity for higher pay based on relevant work experience
What Youll Need:
Education: Associates degree in Business HR or a related field
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational time management and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint and Teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to anticipate needs solve problems proactively and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience supporting HR benefits compensation or Total Rewards functions preferred.
