What Youll Do
  • Manage the President/CEOs calendar meetings travel and scheduling priorities.
  • Prepare edit and proofread correspondence reports presentations and executive communications.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings organizational events and special projects.
  • Prepare agendas record meeting minutes track action items and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Maintain confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Monitor executive communications and respond or route inquiries as directed.
  • Develop briefing materials talking points and presentations for meetings and public engagements.
  • Track organizational priorities key performance indicators and major deadlines.
  • Coordinate executive signatures contract routing and approval processes.
  • Serve as a liaison with community partners healthcare organizations government agencies and other stakeholders.


Qualifications

What Were Looking For
  • Associate degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Three to five years of progressively responsible administrative or executive support experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational project management and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal customer service and stakeholder relationship skills.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
