Executive Assistant, AWS Product Marketing

Key job responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling for multiple directors proactively resolving conflicts and ensuring time is aligned with strategic priorities.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports in compliance with company guidelines.
- Plan and execute team events off-sites and engagement activities that strengthen team culture and collaboration across the organization.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and workflows for your leaders and their teams.

- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
