Executive Administrative Assistant

Position Summary

The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior leaders within Bass Pro Shops. This role demands exceptional professionalism and organizational skills to manage complex schedules communications and other initiativesall while embracing our mission: to inspire everyone to enjoy love and conserve the great outdoors.

Essential Functions

• Manage day-to-day tasks for senior leaders including calendars travel meetings and correspondence with precision.
• Serve as a departmental liaison between senior leaders internal teams external partners and stakeholders.
• Deliver legendary service by interfacing with guests customers vendors and all stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of tasks and projects with proactive follow up follow through and keeping your leader informed of any changes or delays to deadlines.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment through the ability to multitask shift priorities and keep things moving with a high attention to detail.
• Bring a high level of organization to the daily weekly and monthly workflow.
• Support in the coordination of meetings and events as needed.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a people-first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with accuracy speed and discretion.
• Familiarity with Bass Pro Shops culture and conservation commitment is a plus.
• Warm and positive demeanor with polished professionalism in every interaction.

Travel Requirements

Minimal; occasional travel for off-site meetings.

Physical Requirements

• Regular computer work sitting and standing.
• Occasional walking and lifting (up to 25 lbs).

Independent Judgment

Operate within company policies and values exercising sound judgment and initiative.

Experience/Qualifications

• Preferred: Associates degree or higher.
• Required: Minimum 5 years of experience in executive-level administrative support preferably in a corporate environment.
