Our team includes licensed psychologists therapists dietitians andprovider support professionals working together to deliver exceptional care.
We are seekinga Executive Administrative Assistantwho thrives in a fast-paced environment andis passionate about supporting mental health operations. This role is vital tokeeping our clinic running smoothly by providing administrative and clientservice support to both our providers and clients.
KeyResponsibilities
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Manage 5060 client calls per day in a call center-style environment.
- Use our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system to:
- Schedule appointments
- Process records requests
- Relay provider recommendations
- Provide high-level customer service and social support via phone and email.
- Support providers with daily tasks and care coordination.
- Review reports to ensure care and services are delivered efficiently.
- Maintain organization of client documents emails and meeting notes.
- Perform general administrative and office duties as assigned.
- Maintain a professional demeanor with clients coworkers and providers.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar programs.
- Ability to multitask using multiple monitors type while on calls and avoid putting clients on hold.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
PreferredEducation & Experience
- Associates degree required; Bachelors degree.
- Background in social work or healthcare strongly preferred (MSW ideal).
- Experience working in a medical or mental health office setting is a plus.
