Executive Administrative Assistant Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant - Hybrid for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Richmond VA or Charlotte NC. This is a 12 month contract opportunity.

This role is responsible for providing diverse and confidential administrative support to multiple executives. Key responsibilities include extensive calendar management coordinating complex travel arrangements processing expenses and organizing meetings. A hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite is required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide executive administrative support to multiple executives including managing schedules meetings and travel
• Proactively manage multiple calendars and effectively resolve scheduling conflicts
• Accurately arrange complex detailed and frequently changing travel plans and itineraries
• Manage all travel planning and process expenses coordinating schedules to maximize time and create efficiencies
• Prepare meeting minutes and related documents
• Communicate with executives and line management to gather and convey relevant information
• Assist the site leader with site-specific activities access management and organization
• Handle confidential and sensitive material with the highest degree of integrity

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or a comparable level of experience
• Demonstrated ability to interact with senior-level executives
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook Word etc.)
• Ability to work independently multi-task and manage time wisely in an urgent and deadline-driven environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Pro-active attitude with the ability to stay focused and maximize time efficiently

Desired skills:

• Prior experience in a global financial institution
• Strong executive presence and superior interpersonal communication skills
• Experience with Co-Pilot

Pay range: $9.75 - $17.75 per hour
