Baystate Health is seeking a EVS/ Linen supervisor to join our Environmental Services at Baystate Franklin Medical Center in Greenfield Massachusetts.

Located in Greenfield Massachusetts Baystate Franklin Medical Center serves patients throughout Franklin County and the surrounding communities. The EVS/Linen Supervisor Will:

• Supervision of EVS staff; assure efficient and effective workflows address personnel issues evaluations scheduling Kronos orientation and staff development disciplinary action hiring termination and similar activities. Resolves grievances and personnel issues and works in collaboration with Human Resources Department Director and Departmental Management team. Insures staff compliance of all BH policies and procedures as well as all existing practices in EVS. Supervise shift employees and complete inspections of employee work assignments.
• Complete report of shift activity for the Manager. Train new employees.
• Participate in the staff evaluation process. Assist with scheduling and staffing of other shifts as required.
• Maintain established departmental policies and procedures objectives quality assurance programs safety environmental procedures and infection control. Perform other duties as required or assigned by Housekeeping Manager.

Required Skills
