Position Overview

Principal (Essential) Duties
- Provide exceptional hospitality and serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards and event requirements.
- Anticipate member and guest needs proactively responding to requests in a timely attentive and professional manner.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown including tables linens place settings service stations and other event materials.
- Maintain clean organized and polished dining event and service areas while replenishing food beverages glassware utensils and supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with managers culinary staff bartenders and fellow event team members to ensure seamless event execution.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 1year of serving experience in hospitality restaurants hotels private clubs catering banquets or special events; luxury or fine dining experience is preferred.
- Exceptional hospitality communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs and maintain professionalism during busy service periods.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced event environment with flexibility to work an on-call schedule including evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
