Description: What youll be doing

Another Sources client Mechanical Contractors Association of Western Washington is recruiting an Events Coordinator to join their team in Seattle Washington. This is an onsite position with paid parking in downtown Seattle. Internally this position is titled Support Services & Events Coordinator.

Learn more about MCAWW: Contribution Will Likely Include:

  • Plan coordinate and execute a variety of member events with oversight including luncheons a Golf Tournament Holiday Party Annual Meeting DEIB events WiMievents Sip & Savor and Speech Network
  • Manage eventlogisticsend-to-end including venue coordination AV catering registration materials and onsite execution
  • Partner with internal team members and external vendors to deliver high-quality engaging events aligned with member expectations
  • Track event budgetsmonitorexpenses and support post-event evaluations to continuously improve programming
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for member inquiries via phone email and in person ensuringa high levelof responsiveness and service
  • Support membership engagement efforts by tracking participation andidentifyingopportunities to enhance the member experience
  • Provide back up suuport in producing and distributing the organizations bi-monthly newsletter
  • Helpmaintainand update membership systems including the database and website
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling document preparation data entry and file management
  • Support educational programming including classroom setup materials preparation and post-training follow-up
  • Assistwith committee coordination including support for groups such as the Associate Member Committee

Experience You Will Bring:

  • Experience coordinating events or programs includinglogisticsand vendor management
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Comfort serving as a primary point of contact and building relationships with members and stakeholders
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience with databases websites or CRM systems preferred
  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Office or similar tools
  • Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset

Compensation & Benefits:
Theanticipatedsalary range for this position is$81000 $85000.
