We are urgently hiring an energetic and organized Events Assistant to support event planning and coordination at our Charlotte NC location. This immediate start position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys helping create successful promotional events and client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with event setup breakdown and on-site coordination
Support scheduling logistics and vendor communication
Help prepare event materials presentations and promotional items
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution
Provide excellent customer service during client-facing events
Maintain event records attendance logs and follow-up documentation
Qualifications:
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional positive and proactive attitude
Ability to work flexible hours based on event schedules
Previous event customer service or administrative experience is a plus
