We are seeking energetic and motivated Event Staff to support promotional events customer engagement and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people presenting products and services and creating engaging experiences while contributing to team sales goals.

• Assist with promotional events and customer engagement activities.
• Welcome attendees and engage with prospective customers.
• Present and explain products and services in a friendly professional manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
• Assist with event setup operation and breakdown.
• Organize promotional materials displays and event supplies.
• Build positive customer relationships and encourage sales opportunities.
• Support individual and team sales goals during events.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic outgoing and professional personality.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
• Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable adaptable and self-motivated.
• Previous experience in sales customer service retail hospitality promotions or events is a plus but not required.
