Event Setup Assistant

Position Summary
The Event Setup Assistant will assist with preparing event areas organizing materials and supporting the team before during and after promotional events. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up event spaces displays tables and promotional materials
• Organize supplies and equipment before events
• Help transport and position event materials as needed
• Support event staff with preparation and breakdown
• Keep event areas organized clean and presentable
• Assist with signage and promotional displays
• Help ensure materials are available throughout the event
• Support attendees and event team members when needed
• Assist with packing and storing materials after events
• Follow event schedules and instructions from supervisors

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable performing hands-on and physical tasks
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
• Positive and team-oriented attitude
• Previous event hospitality retail or setup experience is a plus
