• Conduct product demonstrations and distribute samples promotional materials and information
• Assist customers with orders registrations sign-ups and promotional activities
• Explain product features promotions and campaign information clearly and professionally
• Collect customer feedback and identify common questions or concerns
• Track event activity customer engagement and feedback to help improve campaign performance and customer experience
• Assist with event setup breakdown organization and on-site operations
• Collaborate with Event Coordinators and team members to help ensure successful events
