Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand event goals style and budget
  

• Plan and oversee event logistics including venues vendors and schedules
  

• Prepare proposals budgets and timelines
  

• Manage contracts expenses and vendor communications
  

• Provide consistent updates and client support throughout the planning process
  

• Ensure smooth event execution and problem-solve on the spot
  

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
  

• Excellent communication and client service abilities
  

• Comfortable with digital tools (Microsoft Office Google Workspace or similar)
  

• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
