Job Summary
Provides cross-functional support for the entire Advancement Services department. Including constituent data management gift and pledge processing and customer service operations performed by the department.
We are looking to hire a data entry associate to join our team to provide cross-functional support for the advancement services this role you will be responsible for processing data related to events gifts and other constituent record updates.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or 1 to 3 years experience with data entry
- A strong commitment to Christian higher education and the work and mission of Lipscomb University
- Uncompromising integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
- Critical thinking and data-driven decision making ability
- High attention to detail
- Ability to handle competing priorities without losing focus
- Maintain a professional image at all times through actions and appearance
- Able to follow directions in the moment under pressure with a smile
- Professional oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Windows Excel Word & Google Suite

Tasks:
- Map event registrants and guests between our event platform and our CRM platform.
- Create and update constituent records including contact information and sensitive data through manual entry or importing.
- Running data maintenance reports interpreting data errors and performing clean-up.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
- Prepping and entering gifts and pledges.
- Reconciling gift batches to bank deposits.
- Assist with administrative tasks.
