Launch is hiring a full-time Event Coordinator in Norwood to lead our birthday parties and group events one of the fastest-growing parts of our business.

Pay & Schedule

• $21$25/hour commission on event sales
• Full time 30 hours/week
• Weekends are our busiest days with flexible weekday scheduling

What Youll Do

• Sell: Turn inquiries into booked events upsell packages and add-ons and build group bookings with schools teams and community groups
• Train: Coach and motivate party hosts to deliver a 5-star experience every time
• Host: Welcome families plan stress-free celebrations and run events with energy and polish
• Follow up to earn great reviews and repeat bookings

Who You Are

• Confident asking for the sale and driven by goals
• A natural coach who brings out the best in a team
• Warm organized and at your best when its busy
• Experience in sales events hospitality or customer service; leadership experience a plus
