Event Assistant

We are seeking an energetic Event Assistant to support promotional events customer engagement and brand representation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people helping coordinate event activities and creating positive experiences for customers and attendees.

• Assist with planning and executing promotional events.
• Help prepare event areas displays materials and supplies.
• Present and explain products and services professionally.
• Answer questions and provide helpful information to attendees.
• Assist with event setup operation and breakdown.
• Organize promotional materials and event supplies.
• Help maintain a clean organized and professional event environment.
• Engage with prospective customers and support lead generation activities.
• Build positive relationships with customers and event attendees.
• Communicate customer questions and feedback to team members.
• Support individual and team goals during promotional events.
• Assist coworkers with general event activities as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic friendly and professional personality.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Reliable adaptable and self-motivated.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Previous experience in events customer service retail hospitality sales or promotions is a plus but not required.
