Event and Brand Assistant

We are seeking an energetic and sales-oriented Event and Brand Assistant to support promotional events brand representation customer engagement and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people representing brands presenting products and services and contributing to business growth.

• Represent the brand at promotional events and community activities.
• Present and explain products and services clearly and professionally.
• Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest and sales.
• Assist with event setup displays promotional materials and supplies.
• Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Follow up with prospective customers to support sales opportunities.
• Support individual and team sales goals during events.
• Collaborate with team members to execute successful promotional activities.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic outgoing and professional personality.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
• Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
• Strong relationship-building and persuasion abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Reliable adaptable and self-motivated.
• Previous experience in sales customer service retail hospitality marketing promotions or events is a plus but not required.
