The Event Account Representative will help coordinate customer and account needs connected to promotional events. This position combines event support with relationship management and requires strong organization communication and follow-through.

• Serve as a point of contact for assigned event-related accounts and requests
• Coordinate event details schedules materials and customer needs
• Communicate event information and promotional details clearly
• Follow up on account questions and event-related requests
• Assist with event preparation setup and customer engagement
• Maintain organized records of account and event activities
• Gather feedback from customers and event participants
• Work with team members to help ensure events run smoothly and professionally

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional and customer-focused approach
• Comfortable coordinating multiple tasks and deadlines
• Ability to build positive working relationships
• Previous experience in events customer service account support retail or promotions is a plu
