As part of our hospitality team youll play a key role in supporting our mission to empower youth through gymnastics dance and ninja classes. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service
  • Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
  • Provide helpful information about our classes programs and services
  • Deliver excellent guest service at all times
• Administrative Responsibilities
  • Work in our enrollment database to manage participant records
  • Update and maintain accurate customer account information

Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High school diploma or above
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work evenings and/or weekends as required

Schedule
This is a part-time position with evening and potential weekend hours.
