Evening Corporate Shift Supervisor

Site: Newark New Jersey

Shift: Evening Monday to Friday 3pm-11pm

Pay rate: $21.50

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support security officers during assigned shifts
• Monitor facility access surveillance systems and security procedures
• Respond to emergencies incidents and alarm activations
• Prepare daily activity and incident reports
• Conduct patrols and inspections of the property
• Train coach and evaluate security staff performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
• Coordinate with management and law enforcement when necessary
• Maintain shift schedules and coverage

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience as Shift Supervisor

• Experience in Corporate Security

• Must possess a valid SORA license or be willing to obtain one

• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential

• Reliable self-motivated and adaptable with a flexible schedule

• Expected to work a flexible schedule including Weekends and Holidays.

• Proficient in English (reading writing and speaking)

• Familiarity with report writing

• High school diploma or GED required

• Must be at least 18 years of age
