STATISTICAL ANALYST II I1B2XX
Minimum Qualifications/Substitutions:
Six (6)years professional experience in statistical analysis and/or evaluation.OR
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in program evaluation public health sociology anthropology psychology epidemiology or a closely related degree AND
Two (2) years of experience in leading applied research and/or program evaluation projects including evaluation planning partner engagement and facilitation methods design development of data collection tools quantitative and qualitative analysis and reporting.OR
ADVANCE DEGREE :
A Masters in degree from an accredited college or university in program evaluation public health sociology anthropology sociology psychology epidemiology or a closely related degree.NOTE: An applicant may meet the minimum qualifications for this job in one of two ways: They may qualify through their work experience alone or through a combination of education and work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
The preferred experience competencies and abilities are highly desirable for this position and will be considered in selecting the successful candidate:- Public Health Program Evaluation Leadership: Proven track record successfully leading program evaluations of public health prevention initiatives (chronic disease focus preferred) utilizing current evaluation frameworks (e.g. Utilization-Focused Evaluation Equitable Evaluation Developmental Evaluation RE-AIM/REACT CDC Evaluation Framework etc.)
- Facilitated Decision-Making: Strong group facilitation skills with a demonstrated ability to engage diverse interested parties to identity and define evaluation priorities drive team decision-making to determine priorities and document agreements in scopes of work.
- Program Evaluation/Applied Research Design: Expertise in designing and executing tailored program evaluation plans aligned with program goals funder requirements and Social Determinants of Health (SDOH equity principles.
- Quantitative Analysis & Tools: Applied knowledge of descriptive and inferential statistics using statistical software (SPSS R etc.) with hands-on experience in survey and/or data collection design and data administration (REDCap highly preferred).
- Qualitative Methods Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in designing conducting and analyzing qualitative protocols including focus groups key informant interviews and document reviews using qualitative packages ().
- Data Lifecycle & Quality Assurance: Comprehensive experience in primary data collection cleaning management and quality control ensuring high accuracy and data integrity across multi-source datasets.
- Performance Measurement Reporting & Data Visualization: Proven ability to manage performance measurement reporting processes accurately interpret results from multiple studies synthesize complex quantitative/qualitative data into actionable reports visual summaries interactive dashboards and presentations tailored for diverse not-technical audiences.
- Strategic Problem-Solving & Autonomy: High degree of initiative critical thinking and adaptability to navigate ambiguous projects solve complex process challenges through a collaborative approach and deliver high-quality results independently.
