The Opportunity
MTWseeksa creative highly motivated and detail-oriented Evaluation & Learning Coordinator to support our Evaluation and Learning Department. This position provides a hands-on real-world opportunity to learn the basics of database quality assurance and data visualization. The Evaluation & Learning Coordinator will support regular reviews for quality and accuracy of the data in MTWs youth-data system complete routine analysis to present data to the team of young adults and staff and learn to apply the basic principles of database management.The Evaluation & Learning Coordinator will report directly to the Evaluation Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
- Complete daily audits of the prior days Daily Shift Reports to ensure that daily data entry is up-to-date andaccuratewithin our Youth Data System (Salesforce)
- Complete monthly audits of department-level data to ensure data entered on amonthly-basisisaccurateandup-to-date.
- Use data collected during the week to create weekly SPIF Slides highlighting youth with outstanding data and showing the team how they performed in the past week.
- Act as an ambassador between the Evaluation & Learning Department and the youthteam;helping us think through engaging ways to collect feedback data from youth.
Position Requirements:
- Must have a GED or High School diploma
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be a high-energy person who enjoys learningnew technology paying close attention to detail and providing greatcustomer-serviceto others in supporting them to get their data into our systems
- At least 1yearsof experience in working with data programs (e.g.Excel electronic databases etc.) and a demonstrated ability to learnnew technology
- Havedemonstratedexperience in customer service or jobs that require attention to detail and written communication
- Must be consistently moving towards educational outcomes
- You must be able to follow through on commitments
- Must be ableto regularlylift boxes weighing approximately 25lbs
Schedule:Maximum of 29 hours per week; exact daysand times to be discussed with your supervisor.3-4 in-person shifts per week.Occasional evening or weekend hours may be scheduled in advance on mutual agreement for events or presentations. This is a 6-month position with the potential to renew after evaluating at the end of the 6-month period.
Compensation:$22.00 per hour.
