Estimator

Were seeking a Project Estimator to support fast-paced landscape and outdoor construction projects where accuracy and speed matter. This role plays a key part in developing budgets building estimates and supporting quick-turn project execution across concrete and site work scopes. Its a great fit for someone highly organized who understands both the field and the numbers behind successful construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed cost estimates and budgets for landscape construction and concrete projects
  
• Review project scope and construction plans to build accurate and competitive pricing
  
• Support rapid turnaround estimates for short-duration and fast-moving projects
  
• Coordinate with field teams to validate scope materials and production assumptions
  
• Maintain organized estimating files and track cost data to improve future bids
  

Qualifications

• 515 years of experience in construction estimating or project cost management
  
• Background in landscape construction outdoor installations or concrete work
  
• Strong understanding of field construction practices and project workflows
  
• High level of organization and ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously
  
• Advanced Excel skills for cost modeling and data tracking
  
• Experience with construction management or estimating software
  
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
