Role: Estimator & Manufacturing Planner
Location: Menomonee Falls WI
Schedule: Monday through Friday in office
Salary: $60K to $70K
The Role:
In this highly visible role collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to manage the cost estimate and quote process determine the optimum way to manufacture and cost products and to establish pricing margins and quote content. Monitor quote performance and manufacturing variances to lead continuous improvement efforts and drive operational efficiency.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 3 years of estimating experience in the printing converting or related manufacturing industry with the ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
- Strong analytical mathematical and project management skills with a keen attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
- Experience with LabelTraxx ERP and ISO quality standards is a plus.
