Job Summary

Our client a reliable provider of comprehensive earthworks utility services and fire protection systems is currently looking for a proficient Fire Sprinkler Estimator. The Estimator position is pivotal to the organizations business progression as it directly influences the capacity to secure new projects. The ideal candidate should be ready to contribute immediately and help the company continue its growth trajectory in an industry where it has enjoyed a robust reputation for over four decades.

Responsibilities:

  • Estimate commercial fire sprinkler projects with values ranging from $20K to several million dollars.
  • Review plans and specifications to develop precise bids.
  • Handle a diverse array of project types including warehouses schools retail and medical facilities.
  • Apply knowledge of local fire codes and regulations to all estimates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure clarity and accuracy.
  • Contribute to upholding the companys longstanding reputation for professionalism and safety.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in estimating commercial fire sprinkler systems.
  • Must possess a strong understanding of local building and fire codes (Local candidates only relocation not available).
  • Familiarity with estimating software and CAD-based layouts is beneficial.
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
