Service Painting Corporation Orlando FL is looking for a Painting Estimator / Project Manager to join our esteemed Orlando team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional quality and professionalism to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform precise take-offs and pricing using statistical data material price lists and labor costs.
• Collaborate with project coordination staff/ownership to confirm bid submissions and ensure accuracy.
• Provide conceptual estimates based on specifications drawings quantities and preliminary data.
• Support the estimating process by performing related duties as needed.

Must be eligible to work in the United States

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and interpret plans specifications and project documentation effectively.
• Proficiency in mathematics formulas and calculations.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines efficiently.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Proficiency in MS Office products especially Word Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with onscreen take off(OST) or Planswift estimating software is a plus.

This position offers a competitive salary based on the candidates skill set and experience with a bonus program available.

Experience:

Construction estimating: 2 years (Preferred); additional training provided for suitable candidates.
