Join us as a Estimating Intern (Summer 2027) for our Seattledistrict within our US Buildings sectorfor 3 months starting May or June 2027. Depending on your assigned project as a Estimating Intern (Summer 2027) you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by:
- Understands and utilizes PCLs estimating manuals systems and forms
- Reviews quantity survey assignment with lead estimator or Chief Estimator
- Performs assigned quantity survey
- Gives quantities of major purchase items to purchasing department for pricing
- Transfers quantities to lead estimator
- Performs general subtrade solicitation duties
- Bids document control
- Performs bid day assignments
- Visits job sites periodically
- Develops relationships with subcontractors
- Other duties as assigned by the Chief Estimator
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a degree relevant to the construction industry such as Construction Management Civil Engineering Architecture etc.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- 18 years of age or older
- Possess a valid drivers license and have reliable transportation to travel to and from the office
- Application of various computer software programs will be required including word processing spreadsheet applications and drafting.
- This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.

The estimated salary range for this role is $25 - $28 per hourbased on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
