Location: Jupiter FL This is a fully on-site opportunity in a professional office environment.

Job Description
- Independently manage estate planning probate and trust administration files from the initial client meeting through file closure with attorney oversight as needed.
- Meet with clients to gather information understand their needs and prepare estate planning documents.
- Guide personal representatives trustees and beneficiaries through probate and trust administration matters.
- Prepare and e-file probate pleadings and prepare and e-record required documents.
- Maintain consistent client communication provide status updates answer questions and deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Support prospective clients through intake calls engagement letters consultation scheduling and meetings.
- Coordinate multiple matters and deadlines while maintaining accuracy organization and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with attorneys and team members to keep matters moving efficiently and provide high-quality legal support.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in estate planning and probate.
- Strong understanding of estate planning probate and trust administration processes.
- Ability to independently manage assigned matters with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organization time management prioritization and multitasking skills.
- Strong client service skills with a compassionate and professional approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Experience with LexisNexis Lawgic Simplifile or TimeSlips is preferred.
