Location

York PA Primarily on-site with some remote flexibility. We value in-person collaboration while recognizing the importance of flexibility when the work allows.

Note

Candidates must have an active Pennsylvania law license 2 years of estate planning and probate or estate administration experience and experience handling estate litigation and Pennsylvania Orphans Court proceedings.

Job Description

• Advise clients on estate planning strategies wills trusts and wealth preservation.
• Draft and review wills trusts powers of attorney and estate planning documents.
• Manage probate and estate administration matters including filings distributions and fiduciary responsibilities.
• Handle estate litigation contested probate matters and proceedings before Pennsylvania Orphans Court.
• Guide executors trustees beneficiaries and families through complex estate matters.
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to develop practical effective legal solutions.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing.
• 2 years of estate planning probate or estate administration experience.
• Experience handling estate litigation and Pennsylvania Orphans Court proceedings.
• Strong legal drafting client counseling and case management skills.
• Experience with Lackner estate administration software or Medicaid planning is a plus.

• 2 to 3 years: $105K to $115K;
• 4 to 6 years: $115K to $130K;
• 7 to 9 years: $130K to $140K;
• 10 years: $140K to $150K. Suggested bands within client-provided range.
