Location: Brevard County Florida This is a full-time on-site position where youll work closely with clients through in-person meetings and collaborate with a supportive legal team.
Note: Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Florida and have 3 years of trust and estates experience with the ability to independently manage estate planning matters from initial consultation through final execution.

Job Description
- Meet directly with clients to advise on comprehensive estate planning strategies.
- Manage estate planning matters from consultation through final execution.
- Review estate planning documents prepared by experienced paralegals.
- Guide clients through wills trusts powers of attorney advance directives and related planning documents.
- Provide ongoing legal advice and answer client questions throughout the planning process.
- Handle probate matters from start to finish as needed.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure outstanding client service.
- Mentor and oversee support staff throughout the estate planning process.
- Participate in business development and community relationship building when opportunities arise.
Qualifications
- Active Florida Bar license.
- 3 years of trust and estates experience.
- Ability to independently handle estate planning matters from start to finish.
- Strong client consultation and communication skills.
- Comfortable meeting with approximately 10 to 12 clients per week.
- Experience supervising or working closely with paralegals.
- Probate administration experience is strongly preferred.
- Candidates from solo practice are encouraged to apply if open to collaborative processes.
- Trust company in-house experience may also be considered.
