Job Summary
Our estate planning law firm in Chino Hills California is seeking an experienced full-time Estate Planning Paralegal. This is an on-site position you must come into our Chino Hills office (not remote).
Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys on trusts and estate plans from intake through signing
- Draft revocable living trusts wills powers of attorney (POAs) and advance healthcare directives
- Prepare trust funding documents (deeds assignments beneficiary designation updates)
- Conduct client intake and coordinate with clients throughout the process
Requirements
- At least 5 years of paralegal experience preferably in estate planning
- Proficient with technology; must be willing to use and adapt AI tools in the practice
- Must work in-office at our Chino Hills California location
- Spanish fluency is a plus
