Location: This is a hybrid role based in Lisle IL with the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative team while maintaining some flexibility.

Note: Candidates must have 3 years of estate planning experience including hands-on drafting experience with wills trusts powers of attorney and related estate planning documents.

Job Description

• Draft wills revocable trusts irrevocable trusts powers of attorney and related estate planning documents
• Advise clients on estate planning wealth transfer and trust administration matters
• Work with high-net-worth individuals families and business owners on personalized planning strategies
• Assist with trust administration estate settlement and related post-death administration matters
• Coordinate with corporate and tax attorneys on integrated planning for business owners and complex client situations
• Manage deadlines client communication and a steady volume of sophisticated estate planning work
• Build trusted client relationships through responsiveness attention to detail and practical guidance

Qualifications

• 3 years of estate planning experience
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
• Experience with wills trusts powers of attorney and related estate planning documents
• Ability to manage multiple client matters efficiently and accurately
• Excellent communication responsiveness and client service skills
• Experience with WealthCounsel WealthDocs irrevocable trusts or tax planning strategies is preferred
